What was the reason for becoming involved in clothing production as an employee of TENITZ?

"I'm Kwak Min-jae, a developer at TENITZ responsible for building the website and developing the platform. In the course of my work, I had the opportunity to observe the entire clothing production process at TENITZ. Witnessing this process ignited a strong desire within me to contribute directly. As a developer, I wanted to immerse myself in the entire clothing production journey, gaining a deeper understanding of the participants' perspectives. To pursue this, I discussed my interest with the CEO and successfully secured the opportunity to actively participate in the production process."

What kind of clothing did you want to make?

"I have a natural interest in clothing, and given the long hours I spend in the office, I appreciate comfortable attire that remains pleasant throughout the day. I envisioned creating everyday wear—clothes that strike a balance between comfort and a polished appearance. The goal was to design something suitable for post-work appointments. That's why I opted for knits, as they offer both comfort and a touch of style."

Were there any difficulties in the production process?

"There was no great difficulty. If I gave an idea of the concept and design of the clothing I wanted to make, the design team made the idea a reality. What I was concerned about was the choice that suited my style among the various options suggested by the design team and checking the results. The design team handled a lot of invisible things, so there was little for me to care about. As I experienced this process myself, I thought that anyone could do it without much burden. I'm going to reflect this experience when I develop the platform. lol."

Can you tell us about the products you've designed?

"I tend to pursue simple styles like plain shirts. So I wanted to make this knit with small details while sticking to the basics. So, I made a special knit that looks like a normal knitwear from a distance, but if you look closely, it has details. So I think anyone can coordinate without any burden. I think it'd be good for everyone to buy it and try it on. LOL If you buy a lot, I will share the profits just like the average participant, so I hope we can get good results and have a team dinner."
